Birthday Blessings to Lucille!

here goes ....another part reunion, and this time it's the 2 Ozzie girls and Lucille who by the way is celebrating her golden milestone on the 21st. The Lord has truly been gracious to show favour to our prayers. It was a wonderful surprise!

So...we're looking forward to that Grand Reunion, I'm sure God has reserved a special time and place for the five of us.

I would like to take this chance and space to thank 4 formidable ladies - the Fabulous Friends Forever.!

Thank you Jette for the birthday blessings! I truly felt how it is to be God's beloved in those 5 days of rest and recreation in Australia. He granted every detail of my heart's desire. And you and Bob and Jacq, Titoy, Mary Ann, Tita Aling, Hope and Isaac were instruments of His love. It was just so awesome! The Lord bless all of you thousands upon thousands...love u!!!

I'm so blessed to have 4 beautiful friends who are wonderful women of God, quick to listen and slow to judge.

I will write more later.

Day 1- Arrived in Cebu Plantation Bay and what a welcome it was! We were welcomed with seashell necklace and ushered into our very own spa room with a tropical coconut drink in a real coconut! Our room was surrounded by a lovely Japanese-inspired garden and 4 spas! There was a volcanic spa, a natural rock spa, a waterfall spa and the fourth one was a private spa tucked away in one corner of the garden. The whole resort was one big gigantic swimming pool surrounded by the accommodations, markets, salon, gift shops and restaurants.

Day 2, 3 - Billeted at Marriott Hotel Cebu. The hotel is very modern and staff very friendly and helpful. Went for shopping at the big Ayala Mall just behind the hotel. Did a Twin Islands Tour which means visiting the highlights of both Cebu and Mactan Islands. We went to the biggest Taoist temple of the South, the Magellan Cross and the Lapu-Lapu statue.

Day 4 - Formally the first day of the FFF Rendezvous Royale! Panglao Island Nature Resort was everything we have dreamt about to see in an island paradise. There was the clear waters of the Infinity pool and the seas behind, the bountiful food, the underwater caves, the pontoon island and all that water activities. To complete this perfection is seeing my friends of 4 decades.! The stories exchanged and updates were endless and limitless.!

Day 5,6 - We headed for the Lobok River Cruise but before that we went to the Bohol Bee Farm where we had a taste of the flower petal salad, mallunggay ice cream and guyabano tea among other natural products of the region's cottage industry. We also saw the Tarsiers, the smallest marsupial in the world. All up a very eventful day topped with a fresh coconut drink and a sip of tuba (coconut fermented wine) on the way home

The following day ushered the much awaited "time capsule" photos of the 4 bathing beauties. (History: In the 1970s when we were in our high school, we had a photo taken of the 4 of us at a resort, Crystal Springs Resort in Laguna province.

Day 7 - Although sad to say goodbye to the beautiful Bohol province but we did only after we promised to visit it again.

An extraordinary superspecial dinner at an exclusive restaurant called Enderun. It was European cuisine at its best in an Asian setting. Enderun is located at Mckinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio Taguig City.
